While Justin Bieber is still under-going investigations on last speeding incidenct.. his white Ferrari was pulled yesterday for over-speeding..Guess who was driving this time...?

 It was his partner in crime and bestie, Lil Twist...  the same spoilt brat who was driving Bieber's white Ferrari when that photographer was killed earlier this year.

Law enforcement says, police pulled Twist over as he roared out of Bieber's gated community in Calabasas ... but they let him off with just a warning.
